IYFG MOBILE APPLICATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Welcome to In Your Face Games! By accessing or using our mobile games, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not use our Services.
I. Eligibility

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, remove, or edit any User Content at any time and for any reason without notice.

You may not modify, copy, or distribute the content or materials on the Services for any purpose without the prior written permission of In Your Face Games. You may not use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilization of any part of the Services without the prior written permission of In Your Face Games. You may not use the Services or any content or materials on the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
VII. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services. These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Hampshire, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Manchester, New Hampshire, United States, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
XI. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
XII. Waiver
The failure of In Your Face Games to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Waiver of any provision or breach of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or any other provision.

You acknowledge and agree that In Your Face Games shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through any such website or resource.
XVI. In-App Purchases
Some of our Services may offer in-app purchases, which allow you to purchase virtual currency, items, or other content. In-app purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe that an in-app purchase has been improperly charged to your account, please contact us at support@inyourfacegames.com. We are not responsible for any unauthorized in-app purchases made on your account. It is your responsibility to secure your account and device to prevent unauthorized purchases.
XVII. Age Restrictions on In-App Purchases
If you are under the age of 18, you may only make in-app purchases with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you provide consent for your minor child to make in-app purchases, you agree to be responsible for all such purchases made by your child.
